WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

 

Free Shipping

 

Our standard shipping is FREE and needs 9-14 working days. All customers can chose in the options wether or not to pay for Priority or Priority+ shipping service. So our FREE shipping is available for every customer and on every product. 

 

Expedited Shipping Fees

 

We also offer expedited shipping at the following rates:

Priority = 8 working days = €25 EUR
 
Priority+ = 6 working days = €40
 
If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.
 
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
 
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and  deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. We never ship our services/products to the customer itself. We always ship our services and products to the client chosen recipient. 

Due to various privacy reasons, customers will never receive the address of the chosen recipient. We never share the tracking number or shipping information with the customer, we only update the customer when the letter/package is shipped and when the letter/package is arrived/signed at the destination.

There is no way possible that the customer receives the address or shipping/tracking information.

 
 
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
 
We offer worldwide shipping. Our standaard shipping is FREE and needs 9-14 working days. Shipping is valid on international orders.

Letters, packages, products, services will never be shipped to the customer. We always and only ship to the chosen recipient.

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
