Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase and our services. However, if we couldn't find the right and active address from the chosen recipient and you do not agree to send the letter to an alternative person/company that we propose, only then can you request a refund.

 

 

REFUNDS

 

Refunds can only take place when we couldn't find the right and active address of the chosen recipient.

Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the order date for searching and finding the right address. 

Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. 

We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.

  •        ONLY when the recipient isn't available to contact or when we don't find the right address, we let you chose to receive a refund or ship the letter to another alternative person/company. When you don't get any email of us about a (address) problem of your chosen recipient, you can't ask/receive any refund.
